Brittany’s Brick Oven Pizza - B-Bop’s

Excellent pizza, the best I have had in the tri state area!!!!

The crust is amazing, it takes 3 days to make. The business is openly open 3 full days a week and one partial day. They have a wonderful menu. Aside from the amazing pizza and flavorful crust, they currently have a dying menu item called “garlic cheese bops” 4 balls of dough filled with cheese and garlic butter and served with marinara…. Fantastic. I hear they’re leaving just because of the time consumption for making them during busy hours, which seems to be all the time. If you’re not here as soon as they’re open, you may not get a seat. That’s saying something. Wonderful place, wonderful owners / staff….

I gotta say, I loved this pizza. There is something unbelievable about the crust and from what the owner told me it is a very coveted and secret recipe he worked very hard to get and develop.. I had “the giant claw” and it had 0 flop and amazing flavor. I’m almost positive Dave would love this pizza. The bread sticks were also great. This place also does vegan cheese very well as a side note! Calliflower crust is also offered!

Best pizza I’ve ever had. The owner trained under a 4 time world pizza champion. The crust is amazing! How is this gem hidden in a small Midwestern town.

Great place! Visited many pizza places and this one ranks at the top! Great flavor and one of the best ever pizza dough and crust! Would drive and have driven and will drive again over an hour to eat again!
