Brooklyn Boyz Pizza

Great taste. A little floppy. The original cheese has a good sauce/cheese ratio. The crust by itself isn't great. Overall a solid place!

Second time reviewing Brooklyn Boyz. Excellent pie, took it down a few notches and perhaps unfairly because I missed a few turns on the way here which added 10 minutes to my trip and the pizza had been sitting for about 5-10. They threw it in for a few more minutes on arrival but first time had perfect undercarriage with no flop. This time around inconsistent flop, much floppier, crust not consistently crunchy. Not fair because I missed the window of perfect pizza opportunity. Great flavor and ingredients. Art form.

Ordered a whole pie and it was delish. Crispy crust, great sauce. Nice flavor! Will definitely order again.

This was our first time trying Brooklyn Boyz Pizza. I've been obsessed watching the Barstool Pizza Reviews, and have been trying the different local pizzerias. We ordered a 18" cheese pizza, slice of Sicilian and a ham calzone. We called to place the order, and the gentleman suggested we wait a few extra minutes because he was putting a fresh Sicilian pie in the oven and wanted me to have a fresh slice. They're been there 14yrs. and make everything from scratch including three different types of sauces; 1) for the regular pizzas, 2) a more rustic sauce for the Sicilian and 3) pasta sauce. Overall, the food was fresh, the sauces are delicious, the Sicilian slice so crunchy. Yes, the cheese pizza has a flop, but the taste and high quality cheese and ingredients took the spotlight.

One bite. Had a lasagna slice and a square slice. Square I give a 6.4. The score for the lasagna will be the main score.

Floppy and greasy. Still decent. Can guarantee if it was fresh out the oven the score would be a lot higher.

Quality, thin, slice. Great muzz and good slight tang to the sauce.

Super basic pizza guy didn’t even heat it up all the way. Crust was way to hard, not the good type of crunchy snap u wanna here.

So the pic is what was left of a whole pie..half pepperoni and extra cheese/half deluxe, no olives, extra cheese. I was starving so you could have put anything in front of me and I would have destroyed it. The fresh pie was pretty greasy when it came out and it was pretty floppy due to all the toppings. Crust was as awesome as the single cheese slice. The sauce could use a little more love and I definitely would not add extra cheese on my next order. Overall, solid pie.
