Great pie New York style; nice cheese to sauce ratio; on thinner side of crust which I prefer; crust cooked just right with slight crunch and minimal flop; added some basil. The half eggplant parm I can’t rate since not my thing; had a bite ; was good; just not my style to judge on. Margie the owner super sweet and is from NJ/NY area. Personally being from the Northeast I can vouch this is a good NY style pie in your in area
