This is the best NY style pizza in SoCal, and I have been to anything worth trying. I was in the pizza game for 25 years (owned 6 pizzerias )and know what a great representation of NYC pizza looks like. My actual score for BCM would be an 8.4, but gave it a 10 to offset some clown who scored it a 7.1 and compared it to a place in CDM (whose pizza blows!). If you’re in South OC this place is a MUST try…and the owners and staff are amazing!

Solid New York slice. Slightly overrated compared to what everyone says on social media. The crust is really good and has a nice crunch. The sauce is bland and they have a slight corn meal base. Slight flop but not much. Not good enough to go out of my way for but solid football pizza if you’re in the area. Best thing was two slices and drink for 10$ bucks! Johnnys in CDM better overall flavor.

This pizza has one of the best crusts I ever had, it’s delicious! If the sauce were a little less pasty and instead was a tiny bit greasy with some spice or sweetness to it I would rate this pizza an 8.7. I recommend getting a pizza with some toppings that will add that grease and sweet or spice. I really enjoyed it 👍🏻

The best new york style pizza in the area! Crispy crust with minimal flop! Outstanding flavor and texture!

Great pie New York style; nice cheese to sauce ratio; on thinner side of crust which I prefer; crust cooked just right with slight crunch and minimal flop; added some basil. The half eggplant parm I can’t rate since not my thing; had a bite ; was good; just not my style to judge on. Margie the owner super sweet and is from NJ/NY area. Personally being from the Northeast I can vouch this is a good NY style pie in your in area
