Brooklyn Pie & Cafe

Solid pie for the area and the best I have found in Mansfield. I do think the white pizza might actually be better than the classic cheese pie.

Minimal flop, had a little crisp to it. Good sauce. One of the better spots in the area. That's a review.

**Keep I mind I had them cook the crust crisp before this review** VERY NY STYLE! I have longed for this since moving to Texas

Solid pizza but with no real outstanding aspects

8.3 all day, this will become a regular pizza stop for me.

Very basic pie. Sauce, average. Cheese, average. Thin with a lot of flop, no crunch at all and somehow doughy despite being thin. Crust was average and somehow greasy. Hard to find anything that compares to a good New York or New Haven slice this far south though.

Pizza was better here than pizza I've had in NYC. Also y'all gotta take advantage of the 2 slice lunch deal, this is now my go-to pizza spot

Sauce is sweets everything is soo fresh. It’s like a climax of flavor in your mouth.
