Brooklyn Pizza Masters

Real good NY slice!

Professional Sports Leagues always have a spring training or a pre season. Well no different for pizza. Pizza season starts next week but this is a little warm up. A lil pre season. A little yankee blue jersey slices. Well we got off to a good start here. Brooklyn Pizza Masters pretty gosh darn good. Got myself the upside down Sicilian and the regular slice. Upside Down Siciliano pretty good. Hard to go wrong with that these days. Good crunch, good amount of sauce. Now to the regular. The regular pretty straight forward slice. A natural slice. A professional slice. A fresh pie would definitely hit the friggin spot. Anyway Spring Training is over. Next week Elroy and I move onto the game. Opening day next week. And this year unlike the fucking Yankees were going to hold the trophy.

Not the best slice I had all weekend but it had all the features required for quality slice

Perfect crusts

Maybe the best Sicilian slice I’ve had in my life of being a pizza connoisseur. Amazing crunch and flavor. Just outstanding. I would go back to manhattan just for this slice.

Went here because of the great Dave review, sorry to say we were disappointed. Had mostly square pieces, and it was too crunchy. Nothing special

Definetly not an 8.5, thats a juiced score out of prez, slice is firm and good is what ill say, i actually cant believe prez scored that an 8.5 , place is super average id rather have brooklyn original in commack and get yogurt crazy for dessert minggg

8.5 for Dave must have been an early review. The grande cheese makes for a slight greasy top. But great crust, undercarriage was in point with no flop. Overall flavor and ingredients very good.

Admittedly I like something a little thicker than the ultra thin crusts. Great sauce-very sweet which I’m also a fan of, good sauce ratio as well. No regular cheese available for Sicilian and pep. Sicilian is what I wish pizza bread from home would aspire to be. Great overall, favorite place I’ve been in New York.

Very good, but not an 8.5. Crisp/flop is out of this world, but the crust is thicker and doesn’t have a ton of flavor. Cheese and sauce very good, but slices were super greasy. Overall very good slice, but not in NY’s S or A tier.

Larger than average slice. Sauce is very lacking. Nice airy slice but I just feels like there’s something missing. Unrelated to this score, the Sicilian slices are amazing. I would give those a 9 score. The regular slice doesn’t have the same magic

Really solid pizza with good ingredients, the pizza was well put together and had a good crisp. The staff were also very friendly and the place had a laid back atmosphere.

Really good slice here. This is their magherita. It’s a heavy slice but the dough held up nicely. Had really nice flavor and fresh cheese. Definitely the winner of the 2 slices I had. Also had a Sicilian square (that’s the crust in the pic). Crunchy square with upside down style. Like the previous slice the flavor was solid. I went 7.7 on the Sicilian square. Really good variety of slices here. I must’ve missed the plain in the window cause I didn’t see it, but I guess it was there based on previous reviews.
