Brooklyn Pizza Masters

Hands down one of the best if not THE best grandma slice in town. Perfectly crisp, blistered crust with an ideal chew/crunch ratio. And a spot on bright and fresh tomato sauce - not too acidic, an just a hint of sweetness. The cheese to sauce balance is also just right. It’s the kind of pizza that smells so good as you walk home that you just have to bust it out and start it on it, etiquette be damned. So good. (Ps, haven’t had the regular pie, but have had a corner mushroom/truffle oil slice and it’s epic.).
