Brooklyn Square Pizza

Round slice 7.5, I like the sesame seed crust. Upside down square 8.4, light fluffy crust with good crunch to the bottom. Sauce is a little sweet but a delicious home depth.

This is more than likely one of if not the best Sicilian you can get your hands on. A full pie can probably feed 4 and have some leftover. Sauce is sweet, you can taste the quality of the cheese. Crust is awesome.

Very good! Got it delivered so may be why my score is in 7s. Not as crispy .. a lot of flavor. Crust not too crispy but flavorful. A lot of flop not really staying together .

Thick Sicilian square pie. Crust was crispy and consistently browned. In fact the crust tasted awesome. Called an upside down pizza which isn’t my normal style. A little too much sauce for me. Taste of Parmesan on the crust was also a plus. Wish the mozzarella cheese was on top but still a great pie.

Needed to be cooked little more. Good sauxe, great crust

Best Sicilian slice i’ve ever had. Slice was very airy and light but the crust had an awesome crisp. The sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and the cheesiness was spot on.

So good. I’ve had the other Brooklyn Square in Manalapan and they are the same. This was fantastic. Great sauce, great cheese, and great undercarriage. The pepperoni could’ve been better or of a higher quality. This is the upside down vodka with half pepperoni, thin crust. I had the regular cheese pie as well I’d give that a 7.5, the sesame crust was a nice surprise. Honestly could’ve been my favorite pizza if the pepperoni and the dough tasted better.

First off, the weight on this thing. The box almost gave me a torn UCL I almost needed fuckin Tommy John after trying to hold this thing one handed. Really good sauce, good crust.. LnB style square.

Usually not a fan of this style pizza but man this Brooklyn pie was to die for. Thank you for the friendly service also. The owner is a great guy!

Square slice is on point

Super good. Simple and delicious sauce, fluffy crumb. Crust was perfect. Undercarriage could’ve had more crisp to it, but if it compromised the fluffy then it wouldn’t have been worth it. Incredible pie.

Upside down Sicilian slice from the One Bite Fest. Surprised the reviews aren't mentioning how sweet the sauce is. I tend to like naturally sweet sauces without them being sugary and I'd rather a sweet than tart sauce but this was too much for me. That said this is a great Sicilan, a style I don't favor that much. Had that pilowy + crunch crust, well done. Can't complain there. Probably deserves an 8 to low 8 at the least but, for me, that's for other folks that like Sicilians more.

This place was solid if you like Sicilian style. It’d be much higher if it was slightly crispier, but it was still extremely good nonetheless. Not sure if the key is to order slices instead or just wait and reheat at home in oven. But still a must try spot!
