Their plain is much more of a margherita or tomato pie than cheese. That being said, not much flop, mozz is fresh, and sauce is light. One of the best in the Bergen County area!

Perfect crust, tangy tomato sauce, homemade mozzarella, coal fired....high end NJ pizza.

Updating prior (personal pie) review for this standard and slightly more amazing Large Pie. Same tender dough and crispy crust. But just look at that perfect char! Good sauce / cheese ratio. Uptick on score...

The margarita is their plain slice, and it’s average. Alright cheese, a little doughy on the crust, and sauce leaves a bit to be desired. 5.9 final answer.

No flop. Crispy but also super doughy. The Fresh Ingredients promise is evident. Sauce is average. Clearly a Patsy’s descendent.

Frankie, this place is the real deal. Big in-wall coal fired brick oven, family story on the place-mat, and cash only. The pizza itself was a real classic slice. Perfect flop, really great cheese, and excellent sauce... which leads me to the first negative, not enough sauce. Furthermore, the crust, while very tasty is a little thick. May be my personal preference, but I’d rather paper thin than having a roll around the edge thick enough that looks like there’s something stuffed inside. As a side note, place has some of the best fried calamari in the greater NYNJ region. Real solid spot Frankie, 7.9.
