Admittedly, I told them to cook it crispy because I've had it before and it was kinda chewy and the cheese wasn't fully melted. So, this is a review of the crispy version of Brother's pizza. One bite everybody knows the rules. This is actually very good pie. Excellent cheese and tasty sauce. Crust has a decent crisp (when ordered crispy). Definitely one of the best in Southside VA. I give it a 7.4, which is a damn good score.
