Brother's Pizza

Slices came out hot. Looked firm, but once picked up, it had some flop. I had to fold. The flavor is bland, but I could taste some oregano. Almost no sauce but loads of cheese. A few drips of grease. The crust was, crust. The fries were delicious. An okay slice but not worth a revisit.

Cheese and sauce have a good taste, the crust is decent, but there is just too much flop. With some flop and a little more taste in the crust this is easily a mid 7 score.

Might have been an off night, but this slice was weak. Soft crust and very floppy. Sauce was ok, but cheese was weird- extra cheese added on top and then barely melted. Overall not very flavorful. What saved the score a little bit was the service, that was on point.

Super thin with some flop. Tangy sauce, great cheese. It was fresh out of the oven, if it had a little more crisp...would of been higher.
