best pizza in New Mexico, great taste and good undercarriage 🤤

Walter White couldn’t be here today, so we had pizza in his honor in his home state. Carson says “lot of cheese, good cheese.” That’s a review.

So this is half a slice, don’t be fooled they are sizable. Pizza was fantastic, great crunch and the sauce had nice flavors throughout. The owner was a very kind and thoughtful man who we appreciated talking to.

Wood Fired, Brick Oven NY Style slices and pies. 0 flop. Reminds me of John's coal fired on Bleecker. Can easily compete with the best in New York. Get a plain so you can taste the perfect crust and and sauce.

Wow, surprisingly great pizza from a tent! The location is an old food truck (looks to be unused). You order at a folding plastic table, and they cook the pizza in a canopy tent (they are working on turning the building they’re working in front of into an actual restaurant). There are some picnic tables for seating. The pizza looked just ok, but the taste and crunch were really solid. Cheese is salty. Sauce has a spice to it. Crust was chewy. Being this is New Mexico, green chili is a must add. Pleasant surprise!!!

Wood fire oven. Crispy with a slight chew. A New York style pizza. Solid pizza. You won’t be disappointed!
