Wow, surprisingly great pizza from a tent! The location is an old food truck (looks to be unused). You order at a folding plastic table, and they cook the pizza in a canopy tent (they are working on turning the building they’re working in front of into an actual restaurant). There are some picnic tables for seating.
The pizza looked just ok, but the taste and crunch were really solid. Cheese is salty. Sauce has a spice to it. Crust was chewy.
Being this is New Mexico, green chili is a must add.
