Pizza Review
I love Bruno’s. It’s been over 7 years since I had it when I attended Purdue. Here’s the thing, it’s not what I prefer in style compared to Chicago thin tavern. This is technically a quad cities style pizza. The dough is airy, chewy, and flimsy. The flavor though is incredible. All ingredients under the cheese make an awesome blend of flavor. The cheese doesn’t appear to be cooked long enough, but I assure you it is. The sauce is a night savory and salty blend. Overall, this is everything I remembered it to be and is the best pizza in West Lafayette.
