Im from NY, I eat pizza 3x a week and in the food industry for 20 years. I’ve also been to all the top rated pizzas in both NY and CT. Bucks is great pizza. The dough is light and texture is perfect. Dough is probably the hardest thing to perfect when it comes to pizza. Bucks sauce is of high quality with great tomato flavor, however it lacks depth. Sauce could use some development with either a short cook and/or addition of salt and fresh herbs. The cheese is also of good quality as it doesn’t render grease like cheeses of a lower quality. This pizza has serious potential to be in the low to mid 9’s with some slight tweaking, however as it stands today, it’s an 8.6.
