Pizza Review
Calabrese. Was an absolute delight, sauce had a great ratio of saltiness, tanginess, and sweetness. Mozzarella had good body and salinity. The salami really ties the whole pizza together as the main protein but overpowered the basil which seemed unnoticeable at times. The thinly sliced garlic and Serrano peppers were a great touch which brightened up the flavors. Pizza was soft like most Neapolitan pizzas but the crust was fairly tender and charred. 8.8/10 Would definitely come again and try their other pizzas.
