First I need to lower my expectation, I’m in a college town. Sauce and cheese were not that bad. It’s the dough that was a failure for me. Change the dough (no sugar)! 00 Flour, Sea Salt, Yeast and Water. Cook a bit longer, need a better undercarriage.

Ordered delivery & showed up fairly cold…Not their fault. Had my oven pre heated at 425 before the pie arrived just in case. Had it at a 7.1 on the first slice. After throwing the rest of the pie on my pizza pan in the oven for 3-5 minutes, solid 7.6. Haven’t tried Goodfellas yet. But I hear that’s the cream of the crop in Bloomington….TBD
