Edge crust was very fluffy and crispy. It had a little too much pepperoni for my liking. Half of the undercarriage was soggy, I think the brick oven probably needed to be higher temp or maybe it was caused by all the pepperoni grease. I wish I would have got cheese only as I am rating it with me taking off all the pepperoni on the slices I ate. I wish it had a bit more sauce or have the sauce and dough have more flavor but overall it was a great pizza that I will definitely come back for.
