This is my second time trying By the Chef Pizza. The first pizza I tried was the thicker focaccia bread, pepperoni. It was ok very greasy. But for the purpose of this review, I tried their traditional New York style pizza with extra pepperoni. The flavor was good but it was floppy. The undercarriage was good. The first few bites you had to really tug and it was a little chewy, but it got better as you get closer to the crust. Very greasy. A bit too much so. Good pizza, not great. $22.50 for the large 18”.
