C St. Bistro

5 Cheese pizza is a really good pizza with top quality ingredients. Good crisp well made crust, great sauce, and quality cheese. The pizza was not greasy. Other pizzas we tried were excellent. It was well worth the 30 minute drive. The Cubano Sandwich was a 9.2. Son said the Monte Cristo sandwich was an 8.7. Originally from Boston so this was a nice surprise. Unfortunately I did not take a picture at the restaurant. This picture was taken an hour and a half later when we got home.

FINALLY! After a lot of "research" around the valley, here is a pizza worthy of 8+. I got their standard 5 cheese and asked them to make sure it was crisped up. Sure enough.... Awesome crisp, sauce, cheese, crust, not much flop. The only thing negative was it was just a little greasy. Not horrible though. This is my new favorite in the Rogue Valley.
