Pizza Review
Server hot in 2-3 minutes with a little Lake Mahopac flop and a solid Westchester crisp. The sauce tastes like bland tomato flavored sugar water with chunks of raw tomato and no seasoning. There is maybe 15 - 20 strands of mozzarella on the entire slice and the quality is well below par. The dough recipe is plain and generic. This is a very poorly constructed slice with non of the components working together. Very, very sad pizza!
