While little ant gets a beautiful black crispy crust, ralphael is stuck with some half baked situation (and we ain’t asking Ben and Jerry’s.) It’s a wonderful flavor for the tongue but as Tomàs Brady said , “there has to be more than this.”

Heavy on the cheese but in a good way (can’t go wrong with that). Not too greasy and overall well made. Pretty solid but nothing outstanding

Sauce had very mild flavor but still had more flavor than most places. Crust edges were dry but helped hold the fold in the slice that was weighed down by the “soupy” middle section of cheese. Overall pretty decent pie this one just had more uneven crust distribution which caused the mid section to be thinner and messy.

Not bad. It could have been cooked a little longer. There was some flop action and it was a little doughy.

Ordered well done. It’s not! Sauce is not evenly spread over the pie. Ok taste. Too doughy. Below average pie....

Ordered a pizza well done with pepperoni. I opened the box and had high hopes for this brick oven pie. Then came the letdown. Even though I ordered the pie well done it clearly wasn’t. That wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t Undercooked. It was very doughy and the pizza didn’t cook all the way through. The sauce was uneven so every bite was different from the last. I’m hoping that this was just a Monday afternoon Covid pizza. We’re all a little off of our game but, I can’t think of a compelling reason to go back.

Wow, spectacular Neapolitan fancy pie. My favorite style pie, and served very crispy. Definitely my new favorite pie in West Chester. This reminds me of my top pie, Ravanesi. What separates this pie and Ravanesi from run of the mill Neapolitan style pies is that you can get a nice clean bite. This pie is crispy, not chewy like a typical fancy pizza. I could see some people complaining about the blackness on the crust of half the pie I got served, but that’s my shit. There’s a difference between dry pizza and crispy pizza, it’s that crunchy bite, wet sauce, and fresh cheese that make the distinction. You can take a bite of this pie, or pull a slice out of the pie, without losing all the cheese. That’s fresh. This place is an all-time date spot and classic Italian joint. The owner (assumed owner) said “This will be way better that those American pies they serve downtown.” Enough said. Bonus review: Focaccia Pizza, served with bread when you sit down for dinner. Unbelievable, great wet, tangy sauce, some garlic crumbs, and olive oil. 8.3

Margarita pizza is very enjoyable. It’s tasty, crispy crust. Exactly what you’d expect from a good Neapolitan style slice. No complaints. The focaccia pizza is a fantastic compliment to any Italian meal. Focaccia pizza gets an 8.4
