Cafe Porto Bello

Cute little family owned Italian joint in Southie. The sauce and crust were both flavorful. Surprisingly, there was a lot of flop, cheese was grease and a bit undercooked. Despite the look of the pizza by other reviewers, this pizza is very much like a football pie.

Excellent pizza, fresh made dough, zero flop and a great crunch.

Really pretty pie lil firm crust great taste

Thin and light. Could stand for a bit more sauce but good flavor overall. The crisp in the crust doesn’t show up much throughout the rest of the slice. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go slap some sense into my whooerr.
