This review is for Papa Js. I don’t even think Gourmet Wood Fire exists anymore, but this is the closest place on the app to Papa Js. I ordered one “cut” of pizza and this is what I got. I was expecting a more normal looking pizza slice. I thought the way the pizza was made was funny. It started out thin and crunchy on the front end, but ended up getting thick and doughy as you got up the slice. Nothing about this place blew me away at all, and a lot of the taste comes from the oven it was cooked in. Defintley not worth your time in a crowded Strip District pizza scene.
