7.1 on gold standard (being generous) and 5.1 on broccoli rabe special pizza. Golden standard was beyond floppy and oily. There was absolutely zero crisp to the crust. The taste was good which is the only saving factor to this pizza. This pizza realistically is in the sixes. A specialty pie that we ordered which was the broccoli rabe was a major disappointment. It was as if the door was par baked and had steamed or boiled broccoli thrown on it with some slithered sausage. It was dry and lacked all flavor. This pizza was at best a 5.1. I went to the counter to ask the person for some kind of sauce or something to dip the dry pizza in and when he found out the reason why, The owner brought me over a plate of broccoli rabe & sausage. He told me that’s how it’s supposed to be. That dish was amazing. That is what should’ve been on the pizza to begin with. I live approximately 30 minutes away and I will never go back because it is not worth a 10 minute drive let alone a 30 minute drive. Again, I don’t know how Dave gave it an 8.9 when this pizza at best is a 6.9 7.1
