Campfire Kitchen - Woodfire Pizza

Overall the pizza was good. Oven a bit hot, hence the burnt base. Hot honey crust dip changed the game. Best pizza in Sitka.

We enjoyed the Amund’s Wondering Eye of Enchantment (tomato, roasted garlic, four fats, mozzarella, Alaska honey and smoked salt. It was delicious. Light dough, well done, amazing flavor. Great pizza bones. It was a Classic wood fired pizza Bonus points - it’s connected to a brewery!
