Capital Pizza

Great flavor, although very doughy with a thicker crust than i prefer. No flop which is nice, Dave would rate this way lower but it’s the best lubbock has, and I like it for what it is.

Best local pizza in lubbock easily. Nothing else compares, however Dominos Pan Pizza still reigns supreme over this pizza. Good pizza overall but wouldn’t travel from far for it. Everyone saying anything 7 or above knows nothing about pizza

Capital Pizza: it’s a pizza that’s good. But that’s about it. Got fresh mozzarella, couldn’t even tell. Lot of pepperoni, but no flavor. No heat in jalapeños. The crust is pretty tasty, but it’s floppy, too thick at the end. Homemade sauce is nothing to write home about.

Being told this was the best pizza in town I was very disappointed. If that is the case I guess I won’t be getting much pizza in Lubbock... This pizza has a lot of potential but it’s practically flavorless. I had to ask for a cup of extra sauce because there was practically none on the pizza. It was smothered with cheese however. The dough was great, just enough crunch mixed with fluffy ness. Not too much flop either which is always a plus. Pizza is was very filling and the crust was good but the point is if I can’t taste the pizza, then it ain’t good. As a person who travels to New York often and gets authentic New York slices, I know a good pizza when I eat one. This was not one of them. :(

Green curry chicken basil is SO good!!! Crust is incredible, the only thing I would add some bacon or something to add some spice.

Pizza is amazing. Location is small but hip.
