Capone's Oven & Bar

Paper thin pie. Middle is pretty soft, outside is very crispy. Could be cooked longer. No flop on the slice. Crust is pretty good despite being undercooked in the middle. Lots of flavor. Lots of cheese but it sticks to the crust. Very good pizza but could be cooked better on the bottom. Sauce is unique, some might not like it. Outside crust is very addicting
