Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Kinda bland. I was expecting it to be more flavorful

It’s a good pie just needs to be cooked a little longer. Great flavor though.

best deep dish of all time. Used to prefer Ginos, but Gio has grown on me like a fungus.. anyway, you know the deal, tons of moz and fantastic fucking sauce all baked in a thick pie crust

I enjoyed the taste of the cheese but that was it. There was a lot of sauce. Wasn’t a huge fan of the sauce.

For Chicago style pizza Giordano's is a pretty good starting point. As a fan of other Chicago style places in the area, this pizza does it's job with a good crunch on the crust and a good tang in the marinara sauce. Obviously the flop score can't be judged on this one since Deep Dish has to be eaten with a fork and knife anyway but I feel the crust was baked perfectly for this style of pizza.

Great example of Chicago stuffed pizza. Excellent cheese. Crust is perfect Chicago style.

Lumalnatis better but still good

Waited about an hour, my mood definitely had bias in this review

Would taste better if we were in Chicago
