Pizza Review
Have I been here before? Yes? Did I leave a review here? Maybe? Odd, it feels like deja vu. Here’s the pizza from Buffalo’s number 1 pizza reviewer… Straight from the warming oven with no re deck. It was luke warm and doughy and almost to the point of being burnt on the bottom. The cheese was thick and chewy. Perfectly cooked on top. The sauce was thick and slightly robust. This review is basic but so is the pizza. Simple things like re decking the pizza, turning the temp down on the pizza oven 25 degrees and a little more seasoning in the sauce would make this a great pie. 6.2 is all this is.
