Carbone's Pizza & Subs

I been eating buffalos pies for a little while now. So for my 10th pie I decided to go for a buffalo staple, Carbones. This is my conclusion. SUPER FLOPPY. This is a buffalo style pie. Okay sauce, tastes like it was probably canned, the cheese could’ve been cooked more too. There really was no crust so I can’t rate that. All in all this was no better than a pie from mister pizza, I had way higher hopes.

Sweet sauce is great maybe not enough of an undercarage. Solid crust

Sweet sauce is the way to go. Lovejoy location is awful compared to this one. An above average slice to fulfill your hunger.

Big fan of the sweet sauce. Sloppy slice and a bit greasy but it gets the job done. I’m so brutally hungover my hand was shaking like a leaf trying to pick it up so I’ll take half the blame for the mess

On a NYC scale.

Thick pizza. Heavy but delicious. Their BBQ pit wings were amazing. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Cost was a bit high but with all this inflation I’m not surprised. Definitely would recommend.

Honey Sesame Crust, sweet sauce. Wish it was a little more well done.

Sweet sauce and heavy on the cheese. Great snack.

Hot slice

Solid cold weather pie. Crust could be a little thinner and could be a little more crispy.

Okay pizza nothing great. I prefer many of the other locations in Rochester and Buffalo.

Little sloppy, good sauce.

Could’ve used another minute or two in the oven. Sweet sauce, limited cup and char, but still a very good pie

A bit sloppy and greasy. Too much cheese. Decent sauce. O.K. Pizza.

It’s too bad I got this when it was only warm because this is some good pizza! Just a solid choice if you’re in Buffalo.
