Carlo's Pizza

Alright Frankie, the picture does not do this place justice. Carlos is definitely a staple of Coopersburg and the surrounding area. I’m basing my review off a slice of cheese, but didn’t snag a picture in time. This slice has decent flop but the dough is clearly well made. There is a good amount of sauce and cheese. Together they have an excellent flavor. Carlos knows how to make a good pizza and with higher quality ingredients they would be well with in the 8s or 9s.
