Good crisp, good sauce

That CRUST! Crispy, chewy and great CRUNCH! Sausw has just enough tang but doesn't overpower the mozzarella. Overall a terrific pie.

Well. This was a last minute recommendation and I was very surprised at how good it was. Zero grease on the cheese, plenty of sauce, thin chewy crust. Like a NY style pizza but high quality. Maybe ask for a little char next time but damn this was good.
