Caruso's Pizzeria

One bite everyone knows the rules..... Pizza comes out of the oven at a nice temperature. It has almost no flop and looks like an ironing board when you lift it off the plate. Visually this pizza is a work of art. It stops there. Like the hottest chick in highschool looks is all it has. Absolutely no personality. You might as well of put fake mozz and sauce on this monster. The sauce had zero tang of sweetness and the mozz might as well of been shaved wood chips. I've gotten more flavor from being dared to eat packing peanuts at my first warehouse job. The bottom crust while crispy has ZERO texture. I can't give this pizza a bad score because the taste wasn't bad it just wasn't there. If the chef put half as much attention into flavor as he did presentation you'd have a decent slice.
