Casa de Pizza - Granada Hills

Finally found my go-to spot in the 818! The pizza here is cooked to perfection every time. I tried the Pepperoni with extra sauce, and the undercarriage had that ideal char with absolutely zero flop. The dough is flavorful and chewy, and you can tell they aren't skimping on high-quality ingredients. The sauce is fresh/zesty and balances well with the perfect amount of cheese. If you aren't in the mood for a pie, their Chicken Parm Sandwich is easily the best in the San Fernando Valley, and the wings and mozzarella sticks are the perfect sides. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is a total gem and a top contender for the best pizza in Los Angeles!

very good powdery dough great seasoning, cheese, and sauce! Garlic bread was also very well made My only critique is that the thinness doesn’t hold the heat at all so it got cold extremely quick

Crispy as hell, even the cheese have pockets of crisp. Needs a little rest, it was doughy but delicious! We would eat this again any day. Friendly too

Sinatra used to come here, Rat Pack and the likes memorabilia all over the place, TVs constantly playing Sinatra on a loop... Pizza was good, too much cheese and the crust was a little too doey for my likes. That all said it’s worth a revisit.
