Castello Pizza

MAJOR ONE BITE FAIL! It’s not Costello anymore. It’s now Angelina’s. It appears they once had a brick oven. They use a conventional pizza oven now. It’s not terrible but not worth getting off the interstate for. It’s a typical average football pizza. Lots of flop. Too much cheese with lots of grease. It still has a decent crisp with a good flavor. So it keeps it out of the basement for a score.

From the outside, the place looks like a hole in the wall, but as you walk in you are greeted by nice and cheerful staff, and a quick wait. The pizza is floppy, but is very thin and crispy. I had the perfect amount of cheese also.

Alright guys, excited when i opened the box. Crust thing edges a little burnt and looking good. But that crust is underbaked, very floppy, and no taste. Not that the amount of sauce helped almost soupy with sauce. The sauce was ok but ruined the crust and overall taste. I had big hopes for this one.
