Cebula's

One of the more unique pizzas you’ll have, great but not as good as I remember. The cheese is the star and reminds me of Lou’s in Olyphant and maybe Mainline. Also love how the cheese gets cooked out past the crust like Detroit. The sauce is solid and compliments the pizza well (not clear if they remembered the extra sauce difference wasn’t much and would be under the cheese but lean extra bc it’s so cheesy). Rumors that the crust uses lard or potato as the big secret but this time the crust wasn’t very crisp, maybe undercooked but still firm. Still a big score but would’ve been higher if crispier. Tried the Bula bites for fun and weren’t great, they’re like regular baked chicken cut into pieces and tossed in wing sauce, don’t bother. Parents tried chili dog and burger with onion and really liked em, suggest trying the burger which is popular here.
