Ceparano's New York Style Pizza

Had a medium cheese well done and a Sicilian well done, both very good maybe don’t order them well done as most places you almost need to but here not the case.

Sauce has a good tang to it, Crust could be better. Not the best undercarriage and the pizza I had the crust was almost stale.

One of the better Pizza places in the Spring Hill area. Definitely recommend them

Sauce decent, cheese decent, crust of cardboard. Tough, flavorless cardboard. Not a bad night, tried them twice a month apart. Not even close to New York pizza. Don’t waste your hard earned clams.

Based on buddies talk, I wanted to like this more than I did. I will say it was cooked perfect, just lacked flavor. Tito’s still my go to spot in SH.
