Great looking pie. Place has been around since 1947 and you can see why. Slight flop, but not much crunch - may be due to waiting to get home to dive into it. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Very light grease. Thin crust and the sauce is simple and delicious - a true cooked sauce. A light sprinkle of oregano on top of the cheese is the perfect amount of simple seasoning. Crust distance from edge to sauce/cheese is perfect. The crust flavor alone is outstanding and has a good crunch. Best pie in the area IMHO.
