Nick's pizza is the place I am reviewing, a couple blocks away from this place that went out of business. Nick's is still too new to be on this app.
1. I've been to the original Nick's in Deerfield. They were highly recommended. Although very good, I think it was possibly in a holding area too long. I still scored them well, though.
2. This place was fantastic. It was bursting out with flavor. Dough was amazing, and the sauce a perfect 10. It did contain a high level of salt, but was quite fine, and in the acceptable range.
3. It was nice to meet the owner and his family, all working in the store. That is a great bonus, when family are there to keep things running smooth!
