Chrissy’s Pizza

Doesn’t get much better. Everything fresh, has the perfect crisp. Sauce is a good balance between sweet and acidic, I personally prefer a little sweeter but excellent nonetheless.

Great crisp, not burnt, pepperoni or cheese is phenomenal. Following Dave’s reviews and idk I think this one is better than some of his 9’s

Had 1 Cheese 1 Pepperoni. Both solid pizzas. The cheese felt like a let down due to a lack of taste which the Pepperoni fulfilled on its end.

Great pie! Bit of tang to the sauce, very high quality dough and ingredients. Undercarriage was perfect

One of the best pizzas that I ever had. Great flavor perfect bite. A little burnt on the bottom and greasy but the cheese was grade and tasteful. Highly recommend this place

I’ll start with the good. The undercarriage is elevated with some grain texture. It has a nice char to it. Overall light pizza. The rest is lack luster. The sauce is on the sweet side lacking zing. The cheese doesn’t hit with the nuttiness I’d prefer. It also is generally light on cheese. Flop city but to be fair it’s a very thin crust overall. Don’t bother adding ricotta.

Very saucy but great crunch and light crust

Avoided the hype long enough and tried at noon on a Monday with no line. Fantastic. I’m partial to a saucy wheel and this was it. I also loved the oiled up crust that almost gave it a breadstick vibe. More flop and less crunch than expected on the interior. Overhyped? Probably. But really great. Shoutout to Diamond a block down the street by the way if you ever want Chrissy’s and the line is too long.

Great pizza but not as good as i was expecting

When I first arrived at Chrissy’s and saw “Thin, Crispy, Juicy” on their window, I didn’t know how pizza could be juicy. After I ate it, I’d say thats a completely accurate description of their pizza. The crisp on this pie was unbelievable and the abundance of sauce is what made it juicy. Overall I absolutely loved this pizza. There was a bit of a wait to order, approximately 30 minutes or so, and another 20 minutes for the pie to be made. The price seems expensive at $30 for a 16” regular pie, but I would say it’s well worth the $4/slice. As for the negatives, the wait of course, and for my preference I would have liked either slightly less sauce, or a touch more cheese. Aside from that, only other con I can think of is the cheese was a little bland. Definitely a must try for any pizza lover.

Great pie, worth the hype

Ate all the pizza before I could get the pizza. Was very tasty, crispy, and good sauce

Finally got to try Chrissys pizza today and it had been a long time coming, as when the hype for this pizza started you needed be lucky enough to land a reservation (which was nearly impossible to get) or wait in line for hours at the new location. Today being a cold day was perfect for a short line and essentially 30min wait max. The pizza itself hit every single quality I look for except my most important one. Amazingly cooked to perfection, sauce like grandma used to make, and a perfect size to be able to scarf down several slices (had 4). What held this back from the illustrious 9.0s was the cheese. It tasted weird to me and overwhelmed the slice. Just my opinion though as I like a higher sauce to cheese ratio on my pizzas. I'd like to try the marinara pie one day, but alas my ratings are held for the regular plain cheese slices. So unfortunately had to bring this down to low 8 territory which is still a very good pizza and worth the try for anyone looking to!
