Made fresh in 10-11 minutes and served hot with no Wappingers flop. There is very little sauce, it’s sweet and under seasoned. The mozzarella is pretty decent quality with good taste. The crust is very light, airy and crunchy. The crust has a very nice buttery flavor like Pizza Hut. I was surprised to learn that the pies are made from fresh dough to order. I am utterly shocked at how good this tasted and the final score will reflect that. Better seasoning, a tad more sauce and salt and this could fall into the low 7.0’s. Trust me, I’m as shocked to write this as you are to read this! Best of the Pizza chains so far!
