Ciao Ristorante Italiano

I liked it. It was very cheesy and there was enough sauce to make it a good balance. The sauce was fresh and tasted good. The cheese was also fresh as well. The pizza is wood fired but wasn’t super floppy. I don’t have a preference in pizza styles so someone else may score this lower or higher than me depending on if this style is their preferred style or not.

Definitely a bit disappointed. Soggy and greasy. Decent flavor but definitely needed some more time in the oven. Gotta give a 5.7.

Nice crust, a little well done which I like. The assembly was a little heavy for the crust. But the ingredients were fresh and flavorful.

Great sauce. Greasy and ultra floppy. Nice cheese.

Love the crust. Sweet flavor with the right amount of crunch. Sauce is pretty basic, but solid muzz makes up for it.
