Undercooked (I forgot to snap a pic before discarding).
Absolutely no browning of relatively thick (3/8”) dough. Cold oven?
Ordered with “extra” cheese - never again. Cheese was thick, translucent and plasticy; again, undercooked. Nice sauce layered betweeen undercooked dough and undercooked cheese.
A hot oven and “regular cheese” would likely bring this score up 2 points.
