Ciro's Italian Eatery

Would prefer many pizza places over this. Not cooked enough, super floppy. Solid amount of cheese, good crust bite, but the sauce is not out of this world.

Undercooked (I forgot to snap a pic before discarding). Absolutely no browning of relatively thick (3/8”) dough. Cold oven? Ordered with “extra” cheese - never again. Cheese was thick, translucent and plasticy; again, undercooked. Nice sauce layered betweeen undercooked dough and undercooked cheese. A hot oven and “regular cheese” would likely bring this score up 2 points.

There is very little difference between this and a frozen pizza. They have the right ingredients for a classic margarita pizza but the execution is more imitation that origination.

Not crispy with a large flop but still pretty good.

Other than the lack of sauce, it's a solid slice. Crust is thin with the perfect crisp and the cheese is on point.
