Claudio got it right on this one! A good above average slice of pizza at this spot with the emphasis on the crust. Good old fashion crispy, crunchy, well done that is basically the best part of these two slices. If your looking for a decent slice of pizza you cannot go wrong with Claudio. If your looking for next level, you might come away disappointed. Temper your expectations.

White and pep slice both good slices pep was a little greasy but still good

Basic pie. Nothing too special but it’s not bad either. Wish the sauce had more flavor to it!

Stubbled upon this place, not bad

So here’s the first Hells kitchen pizza review. There’s tons of pizzerias littered all across Hells kitchen but none of them have that stand out name recognition... so when I walk into a pizza joint over here I don’t have high expectations. Although this time I was presently surprised... since we can only go on a slice by slice basis this one in particular was pretty darn good. Maybe it was because the girl was on the phone too long I left my slice in a little longer than she would have but in any event it had a nice crisp crunchy bite to it. The cheese fairly good and the dough was not too thick and and certainly not too doughy.. most of the ductions come from the lack of sauce as well as the sauce flavor. All in all a pretty good prototypical New York slice...7.2 that’s the review

They don’t just make pizza they create it. Okay. Pretty good slice, confirmed the doughiness.

Hard to grasp leading to hard NY flop. Not greasy and had a very good crunch to it. Didn't taste the sauce which lowers the score. Good pizza though.

Sicilian slice here is the way to go. Was always my go-to slice when in HK but as part of there new renovations they raised there prices considerably.
