Im going way below the community score for this one. Reallll floppy undercarriage, almost soupy on a couple slices. Definitely a tangy sauce, not usually my preference but I didn’t hate it on this pie. Saved by the crust, cheese and basil

Good pizza. Tangy sauce nice and cheesy went with Diavola bit on the spicy side. Crispy sort of, floppy undercarriage. Over all not bad.

First time and I’m thoroughly impressed. I ordered the 4 cheese (mozzarella, asiago, brie, gorgonzola) and struggled to handle the slices due to the amount of cheese but it was delicious nonetheless. The dough was fermented well giving the crust a crunchy but airy texture with a decent undercarriage. Sauce was house made and tasty. I ate the leftover slices cold the next day and they held up very well, gorgonzola is way more apparent the next day imo.

Great chew still crispy has a nice dark Undercarriage sauce has great tang and cheese is high quality. Very very good pizza.

Great pizza! The crust is light and crunchy with great chew. The tomato sauce is unadulterated, fresh tomatoes. The cheese is excellent quality. Highly recommend. It’s worth traveling to get this pizza!

Really really great Neapolitan pizza. Incredibly thin crust so the bit of flop is inevitable. This will likely be my go-to pizza in the Biddeford area going forward.

Coletti’s Pizza is the quintessential hidden gem. The crust is very thin and yet crunchy where it should be. It is very similar to Lucali, only this pie tastes like it was made specifically for you. The pizza is a work of art and the owner is a real character. He loves his pizza and it shows. Frankly, I should rate it higher … love this pizza. I drive over an hour every time I am lucky enough to have a pie. Do not miss Coletti’s!

Good sauce to cheese ratio. Perfect tang in sauce. A little too much flop but a good crispy crust. Overall a great pizza

🍕8.1🍕not a fancy place to eat at but I felt I was getting a home cook meal. Nothing wrong with that. I believe it was a wife an husband, that were super nice. Thin an crispy crust, light sauce an cheese(not greasy). No flop. Was a great pie and will be back(many more times)

Bizarre experience with the owner screaming Italian and yelling F bombs the whole time while making my pizza out back..... honestly probably added to the experience.

Thin crispy crust, great cheese to sauce ratio, easily the best pizza in the area compared to the burnt bar pies served everywhere else.

Lotta flop, good crust, could have been a bit thicker, but decent slice. Its still Maine pizza though.
