First time and I’m thoroughly impressed. I ordered the 4 cheese (mozzarella, asiago, brie, gorgonzola) and struggled to handle the slices due to the amount of cheese but it was delicious nonetheless. The dough was fermented well giving the crust a crunchy but airy texture with a decent undercarriage. Sauce was house made and tasty. I ate the leftover slices cold the next day and they held up very well, gorgonzola is way more apparent the next day imo.
