Colony Grill - Stamford

I’ve *technically* had this before at the One Bite Pizza Festival but it was a treat to be able to get a full pie this time. Easily foldable and boasts of flavor. Getting it with the hot oil is a must, just be careful when eating it to avoid any stains on your shirt.

The crust… crusty. The sauce? Savory. The cheese - melted heaven. This is a complete slice. Thin, delectable, amazing quality on the sauce & toppings. Truly rivals the top New Haven and NYC slices

Thin, crispy bar pie. Very unique taste compared to traditional pizza. Would recommend!

Ordered a pepperoni bar pie — first impressions: very tasty and super thin. Excellent cheese-to-sauce ratio with cheese right up to the crust. The sliced pepperoni had great flavor. I skipped the hot oil, but my son tried it and said it was good. As you keep eating, the crust flavor really starts to come through.

Hot oil is a really solid pie - incredibly thin and crisp with just a little grease

The pizza was very thin and crispy with excellent flavor overall. Personally I think it would have benefited from a little more sauce to amp up the flavor even more.

Love my pizza thin and crispy… ratio of cheese and sauce was good though I wouldn’t complain if there was a bit more sauce. The crust was perfect

Nice pizza. Thin and good flavor. Hot oil is a nice touch. Very similar to Rikos… which I slightly preferred to Colony. I ate the whole thing and didn’t feel uncomfortable after. Very reasonably priced

No crust on the outside so there isn’t much to hold your slice by. Seriously lacks sauce. Too thin.

Amazing service. Thin slices. We had 2 adults 3 kids and we ate 3 pizzas. 11 dollars each. Hot oil a little spicy but not too much amazing taste highly recommended. Best out of the 3 pizza we had.

Fairfield location. Pretty good pizza but not special. Paper thin, but not too flavorful.

Excellent bar pie, a little different with the kick of the hot oil and surprised that Dave rated this higher than Eddie’s on Hillside in New Hyde Park, LI. All in all, great pie, great restaurant, will certainly look to be back.

Really good taste. Good crust to sauce ratio. We got a bacon pie too that was really good.
