The crust was the thinnest I’ve ever seen. Didn’t think I’d like it when I opened the box but I was wrong. Crust was solid and crunchy without any flop yet was not burnt. Pretty good accomplishment for such a thin crust. Sauce and cheese were flavorful without any grease. I prefer a little more end crust on my pizza. I can see why some scores are very high. For me it’s a very good 8.1!

It’s ok, just very very thin. You would need a whole pie to fill you up and maybe more.

🍺BEST BAR PIE ALERT🍺 We’re talking elite level bar pies here, quite possibly the best in NJ & entire Tri-State Area. Among other bar pies, it rates in the 9s but on the universal pizza scale, I can’t put it on the same level as the best regular pies. Made with a special pizza box oven, these pies are cooked to thin, crispy perfection. They use Double 00 flour, so there is no moisture or sogginess in the dough. A light dusting of semolina bread crumbs on the undercarriage helps the dough maintain its crispness. Unlike some of the other “cracker-like” popular bar pies such as Pete & Elda’s,” this tastes more like thin pizza dough and less like a water cracker. Very light and very simple ingredients amount to big taste. The cheese is incredibly tight and firmly well done, with a nice hint of sharp bite from the mozzarella. The sauce isn’t complex but has tremendous kick. It’s well balanced with the cheese considering how thin the pie is and aided by the olive oil, oregano & Parmesan atop the pizza. This really is the thinnest of the thin bar pie style pizzas and some of the best crispy crust around. Overall, a truly simple and delicious pie, quite possibly the gold standard among all bar pies.

Really thin pie wasn’t that hot . Taste like a cracker and it had corn meal . No flop it had a little taste just not enough chesse

Outstanding pizza. Right up there with Ralph’s and Santillo’s. If it had slightly more sauce this pizza would easily be over a 9. Outstanding, will be back for more.

Cracker-style pizza more so than a “Bar Pie” but it’s light, the cheese is high quality. The structure is surprisingly strong whilst maintaining a thin form. Really delicious pizza, I was actually thoroughly impressed. One of my highest ranking Pizza’s in Jersey. The place is comfortable, good classy old school atmosphere. Go go go!!!

Really good. Some of the best I have ever had. A true gem. Tried to eat some right away and it wasn’t cut well so I had to tear it apart. Tried not to hold that against it. Would recommend to anyone.

Columbia Inn was recommended by a friend and it definitely delivered. “Thin is inn” it was very good, nice crisp. My friend hired them for a party and they came with a food truck to make restaurant quality pizza’s.

Amazing crisp crust. Delicious cheese in perfect proportion. I don’t like the sauce. It tastes like marinara. Would be a lot better if it were a bit sweeter and more tomatoey.

Great bar pie!!! Thin crispy and great cheese!! Crust tastes like pie crust different but good different!! Reminds me of Patsy's in paterson!!!

Thinnest pizza I've ever had, and yet the undercarriage stands up very strong. No flop. Nice crunch and crispy bed. Cheese seems thicker than the dough itself - amazing. Wish the cheese had a little more sharpness to it. Acidity of the sauce makes itself known, in a good way Overall, great combination of texture and flavor.
